Recipe pure apple pie

Original apple pie, easy and pure – our recipe suggestion:

ingredients

150 grams of butter
100 g date sweetener
50 g agave syrup
300 g spelled flour
700 g apples, tart
3 tablespoons date sweetener
1 teaspoon bourbon vanilla
½ lemon
2 tsp cinnamon

 

baking

40 to 45 minutes
at 180 degrees top and bottom heat
in a spring form

Mix butter, agave syrup, date sweetener and flour with a hand mixer to a sandy-crumbly mass
knead again by hand
store in the refrigerator

Peel, quarter, core and thinly slice the apples
Mix the date sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon and the juice of half a lemon with the apple slices

Press 2/3 of the dough onto the bottom of the baking pan
Distribute apple slices “wildly” on the floor
Sprinkle the rest of the batter on top as crumbles
